Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policies

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.

If you change of your mind, this can only be done within 24 hour from the time of your original order as we aim to start personalising asap from when your order is placed. A cancellation/handling fee of minimum $10 will apply. Please inform us via EMAIL- poshlashbeautymelbourne@gmail.com or Call - 0468567161.

-Please make sure to provide a correct address. If a parcel has an incorrect address, our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify, and instead the parcel will be returned to us. 

-Purchased items cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address. We will inform you via email within one week of the item being returned to us.

-An applicable re-delivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the item to the same or an alternative address.

-Orders returned to us for any of the reasons mentioned above cannot be cancelled and refunded.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS Refund (if applicable)

In the event that items are damaged during shipping or faulty, we will replace, exchange or refund depending on the extent of the damage.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it .

-We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product. Please send through photos to poshlashbeautymelbourne@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item or text/call to 0468567161. You will also require to provide a order number #100** for proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. An exchange or refund will only be given once the product has been assessed and deemed to be faulty or damaged on the rare occasion.

-Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
