SALON POLICIES

Please make sure you read through ALL Terms and Conditions before you book.

1.Please note a $30 non-refundable booking fees is required for all New Lash extensions full set OR NEW Client to secure the appointment. (and pay the remaining amount at your appointment).

2. We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. We ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice. Otherwise booking fee will be fortified if you do not show up to an appointment or reschedule/cancel within 48 hours.

3. Any cancellations or rescheduling on the same day or failing to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 50% fee of the total service book.

Unfortunately when you cancel last minute someone else also missed out on lashes. Your time is valuable and so is ours.

4. Any no show will not be rebooked.

5.More than 4 weeks for refill will be considered as a new set.

6. We do not refills from another salon. A client must book with Removal and Full Set.

7. If for any reason you find that eyelash extension falls off without your natural lash within 2 days after your service, you are entitled to a complimentary fill. Anything outside the 2 days frame, will be charged as the normal refill prices.

8. Arrive to your appointment on time. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked.

Sunday, Monday - 9:30am to 7pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 9:30am to 8:30 pm

Friday - 9:30 am - 7 pm

Saturday - Closed
